Read this one

Many Indian employers do not distinguish this from general HR, so you may spend years arguing for rigour against decisions already made on instinct. Specialist consultancy roles are few and concentrated in metros. Work can involve assessments used for redundancy decisions, which is worth thinking about in advance. A postgraduate qualification is essentially required.
